COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 Safety Measures


During this global pandemic, COVID-19 has presented all of us with challenges we have never seen before. The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority!

Established by licensing agencies and public health authorities, we have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety, sanitation, and infection control standards for our facilities, staff, and clients.


What We Are Doing:

  • All treatment rooms and common areas in the clinic will be thoroughly disinfected using hospital-grade disinfectants in between each client.
  • Updated air filtration & ventilation.
  • All staff members will be completing a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire prior to coming to work.
  • All staff members will get their temperature checked before entering the building.
  • All service providers will be wearing a mask and face shield. 
  • All service providers will be practicing social distancing when not performing services.

What We Are Asking Our Guests to Do:

Online consultation, if possible. In-person appointments reserved for the actual service.

No Walk-in icon

No walk-ins will be accepted at this time. Please call in advance.

Please call us when you arrive. Please stand outside or wait in your car until the treatment room is ready for you.

Clients and visitors are asked to wear a mask when visiting our facility.

Your temperature will get checked.

Hand sanitizers and hand-washing before and after entering the clinic.

Please come along. Please do not bring guests or children to the appointment.

No Coffee

No water or tea will be served.

You will be asked to complete COVID-19 Screening questionnaires and sign a consent form.
