Established by licensing agencies and public health authorities, we have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety and sanitation for our facilities, staff, and clients.

All treatment rooms and common areas in the clinic are thoroughly disinfected using hospital-grade disinfectants in between each client.

We appreciate your trust in us and ask that you honour our scheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Missed appointments without notice will be forfeited.

No exceptions.
