VISIA provides an objective assessment of your complexion and helps reveal concerns that may not be fully visible to the eye, including:

Is this experience only for new clients?

The Advanced Skin Discovery Experience is designed as a comprehensive starting point for new clients. Existing clients may also book it when their skin concerns have changed or they would like an updated assessment and treatment roadmap.

 

Is a skin treatment included?

Yes. Your experience includes a Professional Skin Conditioning Treatment customized after your imaging and hands-on skin assessment.

Is this the same as a regular facial?

No. Although it includes the cleansing, conditioning and hydration elements of a facial, its purpose is broader. It allows us to assess your skin’s sensitivity and resilience, prepare it for future treatments and build a personalized plan based on objective imaging and professional observation.

Will I receive both VISIA and Aura 3D imaging?

Your provider will choose the imaging system most relevant to your concerns. VISIA focuses on complexion-related concerns, while Aura 3D is particularly useful for evaluating facial contours and visible structural changes. One or both may be used when appropriate.

Will I be expected to commit to a package?

No. You will receive professional recommendations and a personalized roadmap, but the decision to proceed is entirely yours.

 

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean skin when possible and bring a list or photographs of the skincare products you currently use. Please also tell us about any medications, recent procedures, allergies or changes in your health that may affect your skin or treatment suitability.

Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your appointment. This gives your provider enough time to complete your imaging and consultation, assess your skin by sight and touch, perform your customized Skin Conditioning Treatment, provide LED photobiomodulation and explain your personalized recommendations without rushing the experience.
